Terms of Service
Referral note from baskgan This site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you follow a link and make a booking/purchase or download, at no extra cost to you. Redding-made by the resort owner.
Who runs the site
baskgan is operated by Redding Rancheria, 2100 Redding Rancheria Road, Redding CA 96001, US. Heads-up on who is talking: Redding Rancheria owns Win-River Resort & Casino and also runs baskgan, so these pages are the owner describing its own resort. Treat them as that, not as an independent review.
Using baskgan
Read it, quote a line, send a friend the link. Mass copying, automated harvesting and attempts to break in are not allowed.
Age
The site is for people aged 18 or over. Where state law or the resort sets 21 as the minimum for some activities or services, that higher age applies.
Information, not a guarantee
Room prices, resort fees, pool hours and menus are set by the hotel and move around. Before you travel, ring the front desk about anything your plans hinge on.
Outside businesses
Other hotels, booking platforms and outside websites run their own prices, fees, availability and rules, and we answer for none of them. When you reserve through one, your deal is with that business.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, the baskgan name and the illustrations on this site belong to Redding Rancheria unless stated otherwise. Hotel and place names are used only to identify them.
Scope of baskgan
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
California law
California law applies to these terms. Any dispute is heard by a competent California court, subject to consumer protections in your own country that cannot be waived.
